Bukowy Jar
The 22 ha farm is located in the area of a fabulously charming land of hills, valleys, ponds, lakes and forests. The buildings were constructed in 1926 and renovated in 2004. The farm is located away from other buildings, by an unfrequented road. It is a non-urbanized area with homesteads scattered sparsely around. The house is surrounded with fields and woods with many small ponds. Our guests have many opportunities to observe various species of wild animals. The entire area is protected as a special protection area for birds called NATURA 2000 “Drawska Sanctuary”.
Guests can choose between 2 rooms – one en suite and one room with a separate bathroom (to be used only by the guests). They offer full board, including also meals made of organic products. Guests can enjoy the entire floor of the house, where apart from their rooms there is a kitchenette and a day room. Families with children will love this accommodation, with its playground, trampoline and a paddling pool for the summertime and a place for barbecue or bonfire. There are bicycles available.
Połczyn-Zdrój is one of the oldest spa resorts in Europe, with its mineral water and mud baths. The bird sanctuary in de Drawa river valley lies in the so-called “Five Lake Area”, which lakes are one of the deepest in Poland. It is a beautiful nature reserve with many different bird species. You can go on a bike trip along the crystal clear lakes and discover this wonderful landscape. Of course there is also some culture to enjoy like Świdwin Castle or the old market in Białogard.
