Dworek w Chocianowie
The manor house is situated on the outskirts of Chocianów, in the vicinity of forests and ponds. The area is full of wild animals that can be observed from the windows of the house at early morning hours. The manor house was built 10 years ago. There are many different fruit trees in the orchard like apple, plum, peach and many kinds of berries. They keep fallow deer and wild boar for meat.
On offer are four rooms (two quadruple rooms, one single room and one triple room), two bathrooms (with a shower unit and a toilet). Guests can use a living room and a dining room. They organize special events, workshops and trainings (at request). They offer comfortable accommodation, a room with a fireplace, large, fenced parking space and a place for bonfire. Guests can enjoy home-made meals, cured meats and a variety of preserves made of fruit from the orchard but also from blackberries and mushrooms from the nearby forest.
You can have long walks through the Odrzański Landscape Park. You can visit the Lubiąż Abbey or the "Aurelia" Gold Mine and Gold Mining Museum. You can make a cartrip through the Wilcza Góra, the land of extinct volcanoes. There is Grodziec Castle and St. Jadwiga’s Church in Legnickie Pole. In Legnica you can visit the Mausoleum of the Piast Dynasty at St. John's Church, the Lapidarium – Copper Museum or the castle chapel.
