The village is situated in a flat terrain with some gentle hills around; the farm is located at the highest spot of the village. The farmhouse was built in the 1970s and then refurbished. The feeling of tranquility and relaxation will be with you long after your relaxing visit at AgroChatka is over. You are sure to come back here again to enjoy the peace and calm and refill the energy. They keep goats, chickens and rabbits on two hectares. From the goat’s milk they make wonderful cheese.

Available lodging includes tent and caravan sites and 3 rooms in the farmhouse: 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom and 1 double bedroom with a bathroom. Full board is available. At AgroChatka you will be able to take part in educational workshops in ecology, history and tradition of the region, or health and well-being. Discover the magic of baking your own bread at workshops entitled “From the handful of grain to the mouthful of bread” or the “Secrets of a drop of honey”. You can also milk a goat, feed the animals, harvest chicken eggs and make butter or beewax candles. The landlords will keep you entertained, and at the end of a day, you will sit by the fire and sing together far into the night, grilling sausages or baking potatoes.

Apiary in Maciejów – a queen breeding apiary established by Jan Dzierżoń - a catholic priest and scientist nicknamed “the father of modern apiculture”. The Jan Dzierżoń Museum in Kluczbork has a permanent beekeeping exhibition. Other places worth visiting are the Stobrawa Forest, the route of wooden churches, and a 16th century wooden church in Bąków.
