The farm is located on the Tarnogród Plateau, at the source of the Lubinka river on the edge of the village of Cieplice. It is beautifully surrounded by forests and meadows. The garden is filled with flowers and plants and features a pond with water plants and fish. They have cats, a dog, rabbits, poultry, Polish Wrzosówka sheep and plenty of birds and visiting animals. They have been a certified organic farm for 10 years now. The house and the guest house are modern.
The guest house can sleep 5 to 8 people and has a kitchenette and a bathroom. They also offer a double room in the family house with a shared bathroom. They serve home-made food prepared using home-grown produce and guests are welcome to buy home-made preservations - both vegetables and fruit. Their offer includes several kinds of workshops, like ecology, history, culinary and art workshops. Also you can go angling, wild mushroom hunting and make campfires. Soon, workshops will be held in an old forest settlement which is over 100 years old. The old wooden buildings and their history make the place truly unique.
The farm is situated within the Sieniawa-Kuryłówka protected landscape area and is close to the Lupa Reserve (15 km) and the Brzyska Wola Reserve (15 km). In Sieniawa you can find the Czartoryski Family Palace and Park Complex (12 km). In Rudka stands a Greek Catholic church built in 1663 (5 km).
