Hill View House
Hill View House Bed and Breakfast is a late Victorian five-storey town house, situated 5 minutes walk from the town centre, the harbour and the river front. It was extensively refurbished in 2002 by owner/interior designer Jonathan Hammond and is run together with his partner Suzanne. The eco-chic interior was designed by Jonathan with a great importance being placed on creating a feeling of well-being thus maximising guest comfort and enjoyment during their visit. Hill View House has obtained the Gold award of the Green Tourism Business Scheme. This means that they are fully committed to caring for the environment and for example that they put a lot of effort in energy-saving measures.
Hill View House Bed and Breakfast has five contemporary ensuite rooms each with refreshment tray with fresh milk, ground coffee and leaf tea, colour TV and crisp cotton bedding. There is parking for all guests, also safe parking for bicycles. Breakfasts are refreshing and organic and locally sourced where possible. Special diets are catered for. Reductions are available for stays of more than two nights. Non car users are offered a 5% discount.

Dartmouth is ideally placed for enjoying coastal walks, river trips, steam railways and the historic nature of Dartmouth itself with the Museum, Royal Naval College, Castle and National Trust Properties. The town has a host of shops, galleries and restaurants.
