Nowina 5
Nowina is a village hidden from view, nestled on Strzelin Hills among the green woods, 60 km away from Wrocław. At this eco farm of an area of seven hectares, located in the Sudeten Foothills, we grow vegetables and crops and raise goats and horses. You can go for a horseback riding trip, see how goats are milked, and cheese is produced. Together with our neighbours we organise weaving, paper-making and theatre workshops.
One detached cabin with a bathroom and toilet; a barn converted into a tourist facility offers open space, a bathroom and toilet are shared by all guests.
The greatest attraction of the region is Henryków Abbey, categorized as an object of the most significant cultural heritage in Poland, and inscribed on UNESCO's World Heritage List. Other worthwhile sites are: Old Beeches Reserve, The Gromnik Mountain, the sightseeing tower on the Nowoleska Kopa Mountain, the old lime kiln, mills, quarries and Wojsławice Arboretum (branch of the Botanic Garden in Wrocław).
