Maniówka
Maniówka near Cisna is located in the picturesque valley of Osława river, in a charming, quiet corner of Bieszczady Mountains, in a small village called Maniów. This is the place where you can escape the hustle and bustle of city life and enjoy the time of lazy relaxation as your daily routine, not a privilege. The neighborhood of Maniówka is rich in fruits of the forest (mushrooms, lingonberries, blackberries and wild strawberries) and it is often visited by wild animals. This is the place where you can meet not only deer, roe deer and hares, but also European bison, which seem to feel here at home.
You can choose from six different cottages on the side of the hill overlooking Maniów creek. There is a spacious and elegantly decorated living room with a TV set and a fireplace on the ground floor. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen next to the living room. The ground floor also houses a large bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The first floor consists of two rooms – a large bedroom and a small bedroom. The large bedroom has its own balcony and a comfortable double bed. The other bedroom is slightly smaller and has two single beds.
For the nature lovers there are the Duszatyn Lakes and Zwiezło Nature Reserve. Of course you can go on a trip with the Bieszczadzka Forest Railway and enjoy the stunning views. The Andy Warhol Museum of Modern Art in Medzilaborce (25 km) lies just over the Czech border and there is a mountain bike route that’s going there. In Sanok is the Rural Architecture Museum. There are ski lifts in Karlików, Lesko, Puławy and in Slovakia.
