Pytlówka
The 13 years old homestead “Pytlówka” is situated in a river valley, in a peaceful and quiet village, with lovely view on the nearby creek. They are running an active farm, about five and a halve hectares, so they offer meals based mainly on their own products. In addition to pet animals they also have ponies (three mares at the moment). This farm is a paradise for anglers. They have a fish pond (with a total area of about 0.5 hectare) with many fish (depending on the season): carp, tench, grass carp, silver carp and pike. In your free time you can also learn embroidery and buy ready-made products like many types of tablecloths, napkins, kerchiefs, pictures, etc.
At the guests disposal we have a wooden house with a living room, kitchenette and rooms for one, two, three and four persons, each with fully equipped bathrooms. There is a safe car parking. Near the house there is a garden with a pond, a playground and a place for barbecue and grill. We have bicycles which can be used to explore the surrounding area and equipment for our guests’ entertainment: grid and badminton rackets, balls and darts.
Worth seeing are the “Raj” cave, the ruins of a castle in Checiny (25 km), and the open‑air ethnographic museum in Tokarnia (30 km). Also, the monastery in the museum of Nature on the Lysica Mountain is very attractive. You can also see the country’s most famous oak tree ‑ “Bartek”.
