Mini camping Tussen Hemel en Aarde (between heaven and earth) is situated in the green area on the edge of Utrecht. Nursery Zonnekind is part of the enterprise and grows perennial plants according to certified culture. There is a waterfilter made out of plants which makes the waste water suitable for the nursery. The modern house is built partly underground. Next to the house is a field for camping.

The campsite is surrounded by trees and offers space for six pitches and four caravans. For the adventurous there’s a tree cabin in which you can stay for the night. The cabin is fit for two adults or one adult and two children. It offers a splendid view. In the middle of the premisses, completely hidden in the green, there’s an old bunker where you can also stay the night. And there is a small summer-house equipped with a bunk-bed, a sleeping-bench and a small kitchen. The sanitary facilities are modest. Maps and information on the surrounding area are available.

The accommodation is surrounded by meadows and nature and is on the route of the Waterlinie and the Trekgaten (holes dug out in the marsh). You find a nature swimming-pool at 600 m. In nature reserve ‘The Westbroekse Zodden’ you can walk over fen (wetlands) that 'trembles': at every step you feel the ground move. The waters of Maarsseveen en Loosdrecht are within reach by bicycle, just like the centre of Utrecht (4 km).
